Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • BIKINIS and BRIEFS (swimwear in intimate apparel categories)
  • CHLORINE RESISTANT SWIMWEAR and JAMMERS that have been removed from original packaging
  • EAR PLUGS & EAR BANDS
  • Any items that show signs of use or have been worn in water

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges
