Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- BIKINIS and BRIEFS (swimwear in intimate apparel categories)
- CHLORINE RESISTANT SWIMWEAR and JAMMERS that have been removed from original packaging
- EAR PLUGS & EAR BANDS for health protection reasons
- Any items that show signs of use or have been worn in water
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our Return Request Template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
